A Simple Caesar Salad Dressing Recipe

caesar salad dressingI, like many others, simply love a good Caesar Salad. Here is a simple Caesar Salad Dressing Recipe I hope you’ll enjoy.

Caesar Salad Dressing Ingredients

2 clove garlic chopped fine (I like lots of garlic)
½ cup of vegetable oil
2 Tbsp lemon juice
½ Tsp dry mustard
½ cup Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg (coddled)
Garlic powder to taste
1 cup croutons

Romaine Lettuce (I usually use two heads of hearts of Romaine or you can use a bag of Romaine lettuce pre-washed and torn.)

Have your lettuce ready and then make dressing.

Combine all ingredients except croutons and mix well. For the coddled egg, put an egg in boiling water for 1 minute and take out. I add the egg last. Don’t put the dressing on the salad until you are ready to eat as it will get soggy. Add the croutons right before you put on the dressing.
